The same passkey restores the same address, even after clearing browser data. On another device, use a synced passkey or cross-device authentication. A new passkey creates a different wallet.
Setup establishes your address and verifies a signature. It sends no transaction and charges no gas. If you lose every passkey, this screen cannot recover ownership of your assets.
